Refund policy

Our products are digital downloads and licence keys that you receive right away. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds if you change your mind. Please read the product page, the preview images and the free tools before you buy.

If something is wrong

If a licence key or file does not work, is missing, or is not as described on the product page, email hello@qazzly.com (ideally within 30 days of purchase; this does not shorten any longer period the law gives you) with your order email and what went wrong. We will fix or replace it. If we cannot fix it, we will refund you in full.

Your legal rights

This policy does not remove any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
